Thank you for your interest in the Professional Pursuit of Purpose (P.O.P.) Mentorship Program.
The mentorship program is designed to assist professionals like you in gaining direction and guidance in your career.
As a Professional P.O.P. mentee, you will be paired with a mentor in your field for 1:1 mentoring.
About The Mentoring Program
Mission
Mentor, encourage, and inspire entry to mid-level professionals to pursue God's purpose in their careers through biblical application and mentorship.
The Process
During the mentoring process, you and your mentor will:

Identify strengths and developmental opportunities that will assist you in meeting targeted goals.

Increase knowledge in your career field

Gain a new prospective on embracing a healthy, purpose-driven and God-centered career.
Application and Evaluation
Applications are currently being accepted and will be evaluated by our Advisory Board for a nine month mentoring cycle.
Applications will be evaluated on a potential mentees career aspirations, availability and commitment to the mentoring process, and coachability.
